The ideas have arrived to our Heineken competition

The innovative ideas, designs and conceptions have arrived for the contest organised by MOME line and Heineken Breweries PLC, wherein the present and graduated students of Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME) had the opportunity to design secondary package for Heineken’s 0,5 l cans and depostie glasses.

14 deigners compete with 34 creative ideas in the following categories:

1.)  0.5 l cans, multipack design (4-6-8 cans)
14 userfriendly design were created in this category. The ideas both consider the aspects mentioned by Heineken and are nominal to the company’s profile.
2.)  0.5 l cans, secondary package design (for 12 or 24 cans)
6 eco-efficient idea compete to renew the secondary packeges of Heineken’s 0.5 l cans. The basis of the conceptions are the biodegradable and recycleble materials.
3.)  0.5 l deposit glass bottle, multipack design (4-6-8 bottles)
In this category we see 10 easy-to-use and practical designs.
4.)  0.5 l deposit glass bottle, secondary package / boy design (for 10 or 20 bottles)
4 idea tries to satisfy the requirements of a secondary package for 10 or 20 bottles, which needs to be environmentally friendly and stable at once.

The applicants must have competed in at least two of these categories.

originality
novelty
feasiblity
easy to use
comfortable to use
simple/clear design
premium
fit to the Heineken brand

The designs recieved will be evaluated by MOME line and the home and international experts of Heineken. The first three designers get cash reward, moreover the winners are also invited to Heineken’s global competition of innovation (INEX).
